17. Repeal and Saving :
17.1 The Technical and Vocational Education Board (Formation) Order, 2039 (…) is, hereby, repealed, and all rights and liabilities of the Board formed pursuant to that Order shall devolve on the Council.
17.2 All acts done and actions and taken under Technical and Vocational Education Board (Formation) Order, 2039 (…) shall be deemed to have been done and taken by the Council.
